Had a wonderful experience! As a runner of 11+ years (and PT student), I loved that Luanne looked at my arches and gait! (I observed other staff doing this for others as well). She asked me questions about my training and previous shoes I’ve liked/disliked and why. I tried on several pairs of shoes and was fairly indecisive but never felt rushed or pressured to buy shoes. Ended up leaving with a pair of shoes (on sale, bonus) which I ran in immediately after and I love them! 10/10 recommend & will be shopping here again!
